Rakoniewice is found in the proximity of the A2 motorway linking Berlin, Warsaw and Moscow. We are a popular destination for European tourists. For many years, Rakoniewice has been working closely with Dutch, Danish, German, Lithuanian, Ukrainian, Russian and Greek partners. The greatest local attraction is the Firefighting Museum featuring more than 4000 exhibits, including horse-drawn fire engines, helmets, hats, motor pumps, flags, firefighting vehicles and heavy equipment.
Rakoniewice is also an attractive business destination which seats Dutch, French, German and Polish companies. In recognition of its outstanding business climate, the town has been awarded in the national FAIR PLAY competition on four occasions. Investors are entitled to tax breaks over a period of five years. The local authorities assist newcomers in obtaining building permits and business launch documentation.  The local investors work with businesses from around the globe, including from China.
