Our free monthly magazine for those visiting Cracow, ‘Welcome to Cracow & Małopolska’, has been published for almost 20 years. Both tourists and those in the city on business are thus able to find useful information about Cracow’s attractions, the relics of its past, its cultural life and the local economy. We decided to focus on these aspects based on the fact that Cracow is, above all, a city of academia and science, and thus we devote a considerable number of articles to both every month. We also prepare special editions of our monthly magazine, devoted exclusively to these extremely important areas of life in our city, together with an explanation of how they have contributed to its uniqueness in recent years, and indeed continue to do so. This is another such edition. So we would like to invite you into the fascinating world of tradition and modernity, the world of science in Cracow.
